Refunds & Cancellation Policy – bob
1. Cancellations
- Users may cancel ride bookings made through the Platform, subject to the cancellation terms imposed by the respective service provider (“Provider”).
- Cancellation charges may apply and shall be determined in accordance with the Provider’s policy at the time of booking or cancellation.
- bob shall not be liable for any cancellation charges levied by the Provider.
2. Refunds
- Refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation policy of the Provider associated with the booking.
- If a refund is applicable, it shall be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- bob shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party services in processing refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Cancellations initiated after the ride has commenced.
- No-show by the user at the pickup location.
- Cancellations outside the permitted window as defined by the Provider.
- Service disruptions caused by force majeure events.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.
